With nearly twenty years of property management experience, Shay Carelly brings extensive knowledge, creativity, and dedication to her role at AJH Management, where she has served since 2019. A graduate of West Liberty University with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, she has a diverse background spanning graphic design, web development, finance, and real estate.
As Regional Manager for Western Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Kentucky Shay oversees multiple communities with a focus on operational excellence, strategic growth, and exceptional resident experiences. She has managed several luxury apartment communities and continues to lead operations at 1400 Main at Southpointe Town Center, where she also resides with her dog, Henry.
Outside of work, Shay is a devoted mother of two and a creative spirit who enjoys painting, woodworking, and playing guitar and piano. Her faith remains a meaningful influence in her life.
